Promotion Rules
- No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
- Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
- This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family.
- Draws will take place every Saturday during the promotional period.
- There will be two sessions on each draw day:
- Session 1 – 15h00 to 17h00
- Session 2 – 19h00 to 21h00
- Guests can participate in the promotion by actively playing on any EBT machine on draw days during the draw times.
- Draws will take place every 15 minutes during the session times.
- There will be a total of 9 winners per session.
- Verified winners will be required to select a device to determine how much time they will spend in the money shower.
- All winners are required to grab as much cash as they can within the allocated time and deposit it into the cash box.
- Only cash that was deposited into the cash box will count towards the guests winnings.
- Guests can only grab cash that spins around them. Cash cannot be picked up from the base, the ceiling or the walls of the money shower.
- Guests who fail to grab a single note within the allocated time, will be issued with a consolation prize of R200 in FreePlay.
- If a verified winner is physically unable to go inside the money shower, he/she may nominate someone to go in on their behalf, however the nominee will not be awarded any prize. The total prize will be paid directly to the verified winner.
- In the event that a guest nominates 3rd party to enter the money shower on their behalf, this agreement is strictly between the winner and the nominee and will in no way involve Galaxy
- Bingo, its staff and/or management.
- All prizes will be paid in the form of a cash redeemable ticket.
- Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration unless otherwise stated.
- Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn entries, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion
- Prize winners must be in possession of positive and acceptable form of identification.
- Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the site where the prize(s) were won. The site shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
- Copies of these rules are available upon request from the Duty Manager.
