Promotional Rules
1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order,
or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is
expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion
competition, whether in person or by representing another patron.
2. This promotion is closed to any person who is a director, member, partner,
employee, agent or consultant of, or any other person who directly or indirectly
controls or is controlled by, the company or marketing service providers, spouses,
life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
4. The promotion is open to any eligible patron actively playing on any slot machine at
Galaxy Bingo.
5. Slot draws will be conducted for these draws.
6. Machine numbers will be drawn via the electronic spinning wheel mechanism found
at wheel of names.com and drawn at 15h00, 16h00, 18h00 & 19h00 every Thursday
and Friday during the promotional period.
7. The machines are labelled, and the corresponding machine numbers will be included
on the electronic spinning wheel on wheelofnames.com.
8. Once the machine number is electronically selected, the host will walk a distance
from the selected machine to see if there is an active customer playing at that
machine. If there is a patron actively playing on the machine, the machine number
will be announced, and the patron will be requested to make their way to the
Money Shower machine.
9. The patron will enter the Money Shower and a value of R3,000 in cash and R2,000 in
free play prizes (total R5,000) will be placed in the Money Shower for that draw.
10. The Money Shower will be switched on, and the patron will have 90 seconds to
catch as many notes as possible while standing up straight.
11. Patrons are not allowed to grab money from the roof, bend down and grab money
from the floor, or sit inside the Money Shower. They must remain standing at all
times.
12. If the patron cannot participate due to a disability, they may then fill in a nomination
form, which will be made available during the time of the draw(s).
13. If there is no patron playing on the selected machine, a redraw will take place.
14. Any patron actively playing on a machine is automatically entered into the Money
Shower draws.
Saturday Bonus Draws
15. Patrons who spend R50 or more on food and beverages will be eligible for the
Saturday Bonus Draws.

16. Interested participants are required to complete their name, surname, telephone
number and identification number on the back of the tax receipt and insert it into
the entry bin.
17. Saturday Bonus Draws will take place at 16h00, 18h00, and 20h00.
18. Receipt draws will take place at 16h00 and 20h00. At each draw, one receipt will be
selected, and the selected customer will each win a guaranteed cash prize of R1,000.
19. A further receipt draw will take place at 18h00. The selected customer will be invited
to participate in the Money Shower, where they will have the opportunity to collect
the remaining cash accumulated from the Thursday and Friday draws.
20. For each draw, the selected customer’s name will be announced publicly. The
customer must present themselves within 90 seconds of being called.
21. If the selected customer fails to present themselves within the allocated 90-second a
redraw will be conducted.
22. The entry receipt will only be valid for the week of the draws.
23. The draw bin will close 15 minutes before the bonus draws.
24. All Saturday Bonus Draw winners will receive an additional Social Media Bonus of
R250 if they follow Galaxy Bingo on Facebook and R250 if they follow Galaxy Bingo
on Instagram, for a total possible bonus of R500.
25. The customer is required to provide proof of following to the host. Prize should only
be rewarded if the customer provided proof.
26. All participants are required to be present on the draw day and time to be eligible
for the prize.
27. Nomination forms will be available at the cash desk before the draws.

28. Customers may opt out of the draws at the cash desk prior to playing on the
machines.
29. All selected patrons are required to wear securely fitting clothing that will not be
lifted by the Money Blowing Machine.
30. In the event that the patron is not wearing the right clothing, they may nominate
someone to "grab' the money for them in the money shower, by filling in the
nomination form.
31. All winners must produce a positive and acceptable form of identification for record
purposes, i.e. South African ID, driver's license or a valid passport.
32. Prizes are to be collected at Galaxy Bingo and signed for receipt thereof by the
relevant prize winner (not a representative).
33. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be
entered. Any complaints arising at the event will be investigated and forwarded to
the relevant Gambling Boards for investigation and final decision.
34. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
35. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional
draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at
the sole discretion of management.
36. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and
accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

37. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof
be found to be unenforceable by operation of law, such clause or part thereof will
be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
