MONEY OR THE BOX PROMOTION RULES
1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a refusal of entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into a category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition, whether in person or by representing another person.
2. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family.
3. This promotional competition is open to all Galaxy Bingo patrons.
4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
5. The promotion is open to any eligible patron actively playing on the Electronic Bingo Terminals and/or Limited Payout Machines (machines) at Galaxy Bingo.
6. All machines are labelled, and the corresponding machine number will be included in the electronic spinning wheel mechanism/ manual tombola.
7. Machine numbers will be drawn via the electronic spinning wheel mechanism found at wheelofnames.com or via manual draws.
8. Patron must be seated in front of the selected machine. Auto play will not be accepted.
9. Machine draws will be held at 14:00; 14:30; 15:00 & 18:00; 18:30 and 19:00 every Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the promotional period.
10. In the event that there is no active player, a redraw will take place.
11. The customer will be offered two cash values for the box whereby the customer can either accept the cash value or the content of the box, which include Freeplay and Shopping Vouchers.
12. Boxes already selected during the promotional day, will be removed from the display.
13. Patrons may nominate a proxy to stand in their place.
14. Prize winners must be in possession of a South African I.D or South African Driving license/Passport or other official form of identification as approved.
15. All prizes are to be signed for on receipt thereof.
16. Catering vouchers are only redeemable at Galaxy Bingo Amanzimtoti.
17. No change will be given to customers who spend less than the monetary value of the voucher.
18. Customers will be responsible for the difference if they spend over and above the monetary value indicated in the voucher.
19. Winners are limited to one prize per draw date.
20. Any patron actively playing on a machine is automatically entered into the draw.
21. Patrons may opt out of the draws at the cash desk prior to playing on the machines.
22. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
23. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.

24. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
25. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
