1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.

3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Participants must be in possession of a valid form of identification to be eligible for any of the prizes.
5. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration, unless otherwise advertised.
6. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s), unless otherwise advertised.
7. All prize winners must sign to acknowledge receipt of prizes.
8. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable forms of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
9. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered. Any complaints arising at the event will be investigated and may be forwarded to the relevant authority in the event of the matter not being resolved by Management.
10. Any person transgressing these rules will be disqualified.
11. In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
12. By entering the promotion, you agree:
    1. that Galaxy Bingo may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
    2. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
13. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation including consenting to their full names being announced on draw days.

1. The promotion is open to any eligible patron actively playing on an EBT (“machines”) at a participating Galaxy Bingo site at the specified times per site for the random qualifying selection.
2. Machine draws will be held at 1pm,2pm,7pm, and 8pm every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for the promotional period.
3. Machine numbers will be randomly selected by way of an electronic spinning wheel mechanism – wheelofnames.com
4. When the selected machine number is announced by the draw announcer, the patron actively playing at that machine must present themselves at the draw area within 90 seconds. Should the patron selected not present themselves within 90 seconds and/or have valid form of identification, a re-draw will take place.
5. The patron will be asked to randomly select a box from the 3 boxes that’s on display.
6. The customer will then stand a chance to win either cash or freeplay depending on the box they select and a automatic entry into the Saturday voucher draw.
7. Boxes will be removed from the display after the last draw has taken place.
8. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
