Promotional Rules – Slot Draws

1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion competition, whether in person or by representing another patron.
2. This promotion is closed to any person who is directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotional competition is open to all players with valid form of identification
4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
5. The promotion is open to any eligible patron actively playing on any slot machine at Galaxy Bingo Brits/Moruleng.
6. Machine numbers will be drawn via the electronic spinning wheel mechanism found at wheelofnames.com.
7. Draws will take place at 14h00, 17h00 and 19h00 every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
8. The machines are labelled, and the corresponding machine numbers will be included in the wheelofnames.com.
9. Once the machine number is electronically selected, the host will walk towards the selected machine to verify whether a patron is actively playing on the machine.
10. If there is a patron actively playing on the machine, the machine number will be announced, and the patron will be requested to make their way to the promo area within 90 seconds
11. The patron will be required to pick one branded mystery box which contains two prize envelops.
12. Once a voucher has been selected by the customer, they can open it and reveal the gift from the items on display.
13. If there is no patron actively playing on the selected machine, a redraw will take place.
14. Every Saturday, all draw winners will be eligible for social media bonuses cash prizes.
15. Qualifying patrons will be required to show proof of following Galaxy Bingo on Facebook and/or Instagram to claim their social media bonus (R500 for both platforms, R250 for one platform).
16. Proof must be verified by host on the winner’s mobile device at the time of prize collection.
17. Any patron actively playing on a machine is automatically entered into the draw.
18. Patrons may opt out of the draws at the cash desk prior to playing on the slot machine.
19. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s). Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes (not representatives). Social media bonuses are paid in cash.
20. All winners must produce positive and acceptable form of identification for record purposes i.e. South African I.D. or driver’s license or a valid passport.
21. All prizes must be signed for receipt thereof by the relevant prize winner.
22. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
23. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
24. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management.
25. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
