Terms and Conditions
- Any person under 18, or who has been issued a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, is expressly prohibited from participating.
- Any person who has been issued with a refusal of entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into a category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
- This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family.
- This promotion is open to all eligible registered players with a valid form of identification.
- This promotion will commence on 27 May 2026 and end on 27 June 2026.
- Winners will be selected by way of random selection of Slot numbers using Wheelofnames.com or a manual bins with slot numbers.
- Draws will take place hourly, every Wednesday, Thursdays, Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 3pm and 6pm to 8pm for the promotional period.
- Prize winners must be in possession of a South African I.D or South African Driver’s license/Passport or other official form of identification as approved.
- The winning Slot number will be identified by way of random draw and the customer actively playing on the identified Slot will be announced. In the event that there is no active player on the Slot, a redraw will take place.
- The Customer has 90 seconds to present themselves to the promotional area.
- A process for declination to participate in the slot draws will be available at the Customer Service Desk/ Host Desk /Cash Desk.
- If the patron cannot participate due to a disability, they may complete a proxy nomination form, which will be made available during the time of the draw(s).
- A proxy nomination form must be completed and signed by the participant before the coin is selected. Proxy nomination forms are available at the Cash Desk.
- The pot with all the prizes will be on display at the promotional area. Prizes include Cash, Freeplay, Grocery Vouchers and 10 bonus multiplier coins.
- The customer will select a coin from the pot, remove the sticker and reveal the prize won.
- Once a coin is selected, it may not be placed back in to the pot and swopped with another coin.
- When a coin is selected, and a multiplier is revealed, another coin will be selected from the pot. The prize value will be multiplied by the number displayed on the coin.
- In the event that multiple multipliers are selected, the multipliers will be added together, and prize will then be multiplied by the total displayed on the prize coin.
- All used coins will be retained by Galaxy Bingo.
- Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
- All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
- In the unlikely event that the customer is not available on the day to collect his/her prize, management will use the contact details available to notify the customer to collect his/her prize within 15 days.
- Copies of these rules are available at the Cash Desk upon request or will be displayed on the digital/printed marketing screens on the Bingo site.
