Riversquare rules

1. No person under 18 is allowed to participate in this promotional competition.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotional competition.
3. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, the company or its marketing service providers, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of any such persons.
4. This promotional competition is open to all eligible customers with a valid form of identification (South African ID, Driver’s Licence, Passport or other approved ID).
5. The promotion starts on  01 October and ends 19 December 2026.
6. Draw days are Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 14h00, 15h00, 19h00 and 20h00.
7. At each draw time, three winners are selected sequentially. Prize winners will be selected by way of a random draw via wheelofnames.com.
8. All active slot machine numbers will be loaded onto the spinning wheel at the time of each draw.
9. Participants must be actively playing on any slot machine at the time of the draw.
10. Selected draw participants will be called to the promo area through a mic.
11. Once a slot machine is selected, the host will walk to the slot machine to confirm if there is an active player. If there is no active player, a redraw will be conducted immediately.
12. If there is an active player on the slot machine, they will be requested to make their way to the promo area within 90 seconds. Failure to do so will result in a redraw.
13. Once the participant is at the promo area, the host spins the tumbler in the presence of everyone and invites the customer to observe.
14. The customer is requested to look away and reach into the tumbler and draw ONE coloured ball.
15. Once they have selected a ball, the host asks the participant to remove their hand from the machine and hold the ball up high.
16. The ball colour is revealed, and the prize is announced to the customer and the crowd.
17. Ball tumbler prizes are determined by the colour of the ball drawn by the winner whilst looking in the opposite direction: Orange R200 Free Play, White R500 Free Play, Yellow R1,000 Cash, Blue R1,500 Cash, Pink R2,000 Cash and Green R5000 Cash.
18. Prizes (Free Play and Cash) are awarded on the day.
19. This process repeats until 3 winners have been selected for that time slot. Each winner goes through the ball tumbler draw in turn.
20. Once a ball is selected, it must not go back into the ball machine.

Saturday Multiplier Draws 

1. Saturday  Multiplier Draw times are 17h00 and 21h00. One winner is selected per session
2. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw via wheelofnames.com.
3. All active slot machine numbers will be loaded onto the spinning wheel at the time of each draw.
4. Participants must be actively playing on any slot machine at the time of the draw.

2. All customers spending R50 or more on food and beverage will be required to write their name, surname and contact details at the back of the slip and place the slip in the allocated entry bin.
3. Food and Beverage discount receipts will not qualify for this promotion.
4. On 19 December 2026 at 5 pm, five receipts will be drawn from the entry bin and the customers will win R1000 cash each.
5. A process for declination to be present at a draw is available at the Cash Desk for the period between the opening and closing of the entry bins before each draw, where a participant may register to still be acknowledged for the prize should they decline to be present.
6. Participants must register to decline in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented when completing this process.
7. A proxy nomination will only be valid for the respective draw for which it was completed. A proxy form, therefore, can only represent a winner for one draw date, and cannot represent a winner for multiple draw dates.
8. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket belonging to the winner and a positive and acceptable form of identification. Identification may be verified by way of existing records available on the site.
9. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the bingo site shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize from the site.
10. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item or for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of their prize at the time of winning.
