1. Any person under 18, or who has been issued a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, is expressly prohibited from participating.
2. Any person who has been issued with a refusal of entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into a category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family of any such persons.
4. This promotion is open to all eligible registered players with a valid form of identification.

Reach and Reveal

5. This promotion will commence on 09 July 2026 and will end 05 September 2026.
6. Winners will be selected by way of random selection of Slot numbers using Wheelofnames.com or a manual bin with slot numbers.
7. Draws will take place hourly, every Thursdays, Friday and Saturday at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm for the promotional period. At each draw time, three (3) winners are selected sequentially.
8. Once a slot machine is selected, the manager or selected employee will walk to the machine to confirm an active player. If no active player is found at the selected machine, a redraw will take place immediately.
9. If there is no active player on the machine, a redraw will take place.
10. The Customer has 90 seconds to present themselves to the promotional area.
11. The customer is fitted with a blind fold; the customer will reach into the tumbler/bin a remove ONE ball.
12. The customer will be asked to hold the ball up in the air. The blindfold is removed and the ball colour is revealed the prize is announced to the customer and the crowd.
13. The Ball prizes are determined by the colour of the balls drawn by the winner whilst blind folded:
    Orange – R250 FreePlay, White – R500 cash, Blue – R750 cash and Green – R1000 cash.
14. The process repeats until 3 winners have been selected for that time slot.
    Each winner goes through the ball tumbler draw in turn.

Catering Promotion

15. This promotion will commence on 09 July 2026 and will end 05 September 2026.
16. All customers spending R50 or more on food and beverage, will be required to write their name, surname and contact details at the back of the slip and place the slip in the allocated entry bin.
17. Food and Beverage discount receipts will not qualify for this promotion.
18. On 05 September 2026 at 5pm, one receipt will be removed from the entry bin and the customer will win R3000 cash.
19. A process for declination to be present at a draw is available at the Cash Desk for the period between the opening and closing of the entry bins before each draw, where a participant may register to still be acknowledged for the prize should they decline to be present.
20. Participants must register to decline in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented when completing this process.
21. A proxy nomination will only be valid for the respective draw for which it was completed. A proxy form, therefore, can only represent a winner for one draw date, and cannot represent a winner for multiple draw dates.
22. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket belonging to the winner and; positive and acceptable form of identification. Identification may be verified by way of existing records available on the site.
23. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the bingo site shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize from the site.
24. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item or for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of their prize at the time of winning. Cash prizes are paid at the Cash Desk; Free Play is loaded onto the winner’s player card – both on the day of the draw.
25. All decisions made by Galaxy Bingo management are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
26. Any person found to be transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
27. In the event of a technical failure or damage to any device used for this promotional competition, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of management.
28. Every participant in this promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these rules by virtue of their participation.
29. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of law, such clause or part thereof will be severed and the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
