1. No person under the age of 18 years may participate in this promotional competition.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotional competition.
3. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, the company or its marketing service providers, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of any such persons.
4. This promotional competition is open to all eligible customers with a valid form of identification (South African ID, Driver’s Licence, Passport or other approved ID).
5. The promotional competition will commence on 18 June 2026 and will terminate on 8 August 2026.
6. Draw times are 14h00, 15h00, 16h00 and 17h00 every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. At each draw time, three winners are selected sequentially.
7. To qualify for participation, a customer must be actively playing on a slot machine at the time of the relevant draw. No pre-registration is required.
8. No separate entry fee is charged to participate in this promotional competition. Participation is by qualifying gameplay only, subject to these rules and applicable law.
9. Prize winners will be selected by means of a random draw conducted under staff supervision using wheelofnames.com or, if that platform is unavailable due to a technical issue, another suitable random selection method.
10. All active slot machine numbers will be loaded onto the spinning wheel at the time of each draw.
11. Selected participants will be called to the promotional area by means of a public announcement.
12. Once a slot machine number is selected, the host will walk to the machine to confirm an active player. If no active player is found at the selected machine, a redraw will take place immediately.
13. If an active player is verified at the selected machine, that player must report to the promotional area within 90 seconds, failing which a redraw will take place.
14. Once the participant is at the promo area, the host spins the lever in the presence of everyone and invites the customer to observe all 135 balls for 15 seconds.
15. The customer is fitted with a blindfold, reaches into the side of the tumbler and draws ONE ball.
16. The host asks the customer to hold the ball up high. The blindfold is removed and the ball colour is revealed — the prize is announced to the customer and the crowd.
17. Ball tumbler prizes are determined by the colour of the ball drawn whilst the winner is blindfolded, as follows: Red = R500 Free Play; Yellow = R1,500 Cash; Blue = R3,000 Cash; Black = R5,000 Cash. Free Play prizes will be loaded on the day of the draw, and cash prizes will be paid on the day of the draw.
18. This process repeats until 3 winners have been selected for that time slot. Each winner goes through the ball tumbler draw in turn.

SATURDAY MULTIPLIER DRAWS

1. Any customer who wins a prize in the Thursday, Friday or Saturday ball tumbler draws is immediately issued a Winners’ Entry Card by the host. The winner completes the card with their full name, surname and contact number and places it into the Multiplier Entry Box, located at the promotional area. Staff are strictly prohibited from completing or submitting entry cards on behalf of customers.
2. Entry cards will be accepted from the time the customer wins a qualifying ball tumbler prize from Thursday until 19h15 on the relevant Saturday, being 15 minutes before the multiplier draw at 19h30.
3. Cards do not carry over — the box is emptied after the Saturday draw and restarted from the following Thursday. A customer may hold more than one card if they win at multiple draw sessions during the week.
4. At 19h30, three cards are drawn from the entry box. Each selected customer has 90 seconds to present themselves at the promotional area or, unless these rules allow a verified proxy or registered absent winner process to apply, a redraw takes place.
5. All three multiplier draw selections will be conducted in sequence.
6. Each selected customer receives a R1,000 base prize and selects one concealed multiplier of ×1, ×2 or ×3.
7. The selected multiplier determines the final cash prize of R1,000, R2,000 or R3,000.
8. Once a multiplier has been selected by a winner, it is no longer available for selection by the remaining winners in that draw.
9. A process allowing a participant to decline to be present at the multiplier draw is available at the Cash Desk during the period from the opening of the entry box until its closure before the relevant draw, provided that the participant completes the prescribed process in person.
10. Any participant electing to decline to be present must do so in person and must present a positive and acceptable form of identification when completing that process. No third party may complete this process on behalf of a participant.
11. A proxy nomination will be valid only for the specific draw in respect of which it was completed and may not be used for multiple draw dates.
12. Any prize winner or nominated proxy who presents in respect of a multiplier draw must do so within 90 seconds and must be in possession of proof of the winning entry together with a positive and acceptable form of identification, which may be verified against site records.
13. Where these rules allow a verified absent winner or nominated proxy to claim a prize, the prize must be claimed at Galaxy Bingo North West (RF) (Pty) Ltd within 15 days of the draw, failing which the prize will be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
14. If a prize winner is eligible for a prize but is not present because they validly registered a declination to be present, the site will take reasonable steps to contact that prize winner using the contact details provided. In such circumstances, and subject to verification, the prize winner may claim the prize from the site within 15 days of the draw.
15. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item or for cash unless otherwise advertised or required by applicable law. Prize winners must sign for receipt of their prize at the time of winning. Winners who are present and verified will receive their prizes on the day of the draw. Where these rules allow a verified absent winner or nominated proxy to claim a prize later, that prize must be claimed within 15 days of the draw.
16. All winners must sign the prescribed acknowledgement of receipt in respect of any prize awarded.
17. Subject to applicable law, all decisions made by Galaxy Bingo management in relation to the administration, verification and operation of this promotional competition are final.
18. Any participant who contravenes these rules or acts in a manner that undermines the proper administration of the promotional competition may be disqualified.
19. In the event of a technical failure, malfunction or damage affecting any device or mechanism used for this promotional competition, management may, subject to applicable law, use another suitable device or method to continue or complete the draw.
20. Every participant in this promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these rules by virtue of their participation.
21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
