daily QUALIFYING SELECTION

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. The promotion is open to any eligible patron actively playing on an EBT or LPM (“machines”) at a participating Galaxy Bingo site at the time of the random qualifying selection.
5. There is no limit on the number of qualifying entries per patron.
6. Machine numbers will be randomly selected by way of an electronic spinning wheel mechanism – wheelofnames.com.
7. 5 Qualifying entries will be selected every day from Sunday to Saturday at 1pm, 2pm and 3pm and 6pm, 7pm and 8pm for the duration of the promotion.
8. Random entry selections will take place around/on the hour (at the specified times, as advertised) up to a maximum of 30 entry tickets that will be placed in a tombola/draw bin. These qualifying tickets will stand a chance to be randomly selected and win at the 9pm Saturday draws.
9. When the selected machine number is announced by the draw announcer, the patron actively playing at that machine must present themselves at the draw area within 90 seconds. Should the patron selected not present themselves within 90 seconds and have valid form of identification, a re-draw will take place.
10. Participants must be in possession of valid form of identification.
11. Selected participants will be issued with a manual ticket, which must be entered into the draw bin in order to qualify for the 9pm Saturday draw at each participating Galaxy Bingo site.
12. Qualifying tickets entered into the draw bin will be valid for the duration of the promotion period.
13. Qualifying tickets are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
14. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
15. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
16. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
17. Qualifying patrons must sign to acknowledge receipt of the ticket into the 9pm Saturday draw.
18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation including consenting to their full names being announced on draw days.
20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

22. The full offer to participate will be advertised through the various advertising mediums.

9PM Saturday Draws

3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Draws will take place every Saturday at 9pm at the respective participating Galaxy Bingo, for the duration of the promotion:

1. Participants qualify for these draws by entering their tickets issued from the daily qualifying selection into the entry bin which will be displayed at the participating Galaxy Bingo site.
2. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
3. Participant or elected proxy must be present at the draw that takes place every Saturday at 9pm or forfeit the entry/and prize into the grand finale.
4. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
5. Participants must enter their entry ticket(s) into the entry bin displayed on site by 8:50pm on draw days. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through mediums used within the bingo site.
6. Winners will be announced by the draw announcer and invited to the draw area.
7. Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds and have a valid form of identification, a re-draw will take place.
8. Participants may only win a maximum of 3 entry tickets at the Saturday draws for the duration of the promotion. Should a patron be drawn more than 3 times a re-draw will take place.
9. Each of the 3 winners selected at the 9pm Saturday draws will receive R3 000 in cash and R1 000 in FreePlay as well as one limited entry into the grand finale.
10. The 9pm Saturday draw is a manual draw and all Participants or their appointed proxy are required to be present on the draw days, at the draw, to be eligible for a prize: Prizes must be collected at the participating Galaxy Bingo site and signed for to acknowledge receipt (not their representative). A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves and have a valid form of identification within 90 seconds.
11. A proxy form will be available at the Rewards Desk or Cash Desk between the Monday and Saturday for that respective Saturday draw at 9pm where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should they decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
12. A proxy form will only be valid for the respective Saturday draw for which it was completed and therefore a new form needs to completed should a qualifying patron not be able to be physically present at another particular draw.
13. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
14. If the prize winner has nominated a proxy to represent themselves at the draw, steps will be taken to contact the prize winner to collect/claim the prize within 15 days from the draw.
15. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign to acknowledge receipt of prizes.
16. Prize winners must present themselves in person (or proxy) at the draw area within 90 seconds from the time the prize winner is determined, and must have valid and acceptable form of identification.
17. Should the prize winner or nominated proxies not present themselves within 90 seconds and have a valid form of identification, the prize will be forfeited.
18. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation including consenting to their full names being announced on draw days.

R1 million finale draw from 9PM-10pm ON SATURDAY, 28 JUNE 2025

2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition, whether in person or by representing another patron.
3. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Participants qualify for the grand finale draw by winning up to 3 entry tickets at any of the 9pm Saturday draws that will take place at the respective participating Galaxy Bingo sites.
5. On Saturday, 28 June 2025 from 9pm each finalist will select one of 39 boxes displayed at each of the participating Galaxy Bingo sites.  38 boxes will each hold R1 000 in cash and R700 in FreePlay. One of the 39 boxes will hold a numbered bingo ball. The finalist that selects the box holding the Bingo Ball will be the sites finalist to stand a chance to win the R1 000 000 in the live draw at 10pm.
6. Each finalist selects a box in the order of which they had qualified for this finale draw, irrespective of the number of entries (maximum 3 entries per person per site).
7. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
8. Qualifying entrants or their elected proxy must be present at the draw that takes place on Saturday 28 June 2025 at 9pm or they forfeit the entry/and prize into the grand finale live draw for the R1 million in cash (via EFT) and R10 000 in FreePlay.

The finale draw is an attendance draw and all Participants or their appointed proxy are required to be present on the draw days, at the draw, to be eligible for a prize: Prizes must be collected in person and signed for to acknowledge receipt thereof. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves and have a valid form of identification within 90 seconds.

16. Should the prize winner or nominated proxies not present themselves within 90 seconds the prize will be forfeited and given away by random EBT/LPM machine number draw after the finale.
17. The R1 million cash draw will take place at Galaxy Bingo situated at Moffett on Main Lifestyle Centre in Gqeberha at 10pm.
18. Bingo balls numbered from 1-17 with each number representing the 17 different finalists from each of the participating sites  will be placed in a Bingo Ball machine. One bingo ball will be randomly selected and the corresponding sites finalist will win the R1 million in cash (via EFT) and R10 000 in FreePlay.  The 16 remaining representatives will each receive a consolation prize of R15 000 in cash.
19. The final prize will be paid via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) within 7 working days subject to all valid documentation being submitted to Galaxy Bingo in order to do so.
20. Should the prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of nominating a representative to be present for the draw, the site shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy form or otherwise readily available.  In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize. All prizes to be collected at the respective site that it was won.
21. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
22. All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; any complaints arising at the event will be investigated and may be forwarded to the relevant authority in the event of the matter not being resolved by Management.
23. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method, or draw time will be used, at the sole discretion of Management as deemed fit.
24. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation including consenting to their full names being announced on draw days.
25. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
26. By entering the promotion, you agree:
    1. that Galaxy Bingo may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
    2. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
27. Draw dates and times will be advertised through the relevant advertising mediums used for this promotion.
